By downloading or using Cashflow HQ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Cashflow HQ is a product of Leadingdots Solutions Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India (Registered office: H 154, Beta 2, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India). These terms are between you and Leadingdots Solutions Pvt Ltd, and apply to all users of Cashflow HQ, available on iOS and Android.

To use Cashflow HQ, you must create an account using your name and email address. Your account allows you to access your data across multiple devices.

All transaction data you enter — including income, expenses, and budgets — is stored securely on our servers hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), encrypted in transit and at rest. Leadingdots Solutions Pvt Ltd acts as the data controller for this data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is collected, stored, and used.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the data you enter. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.

The app, including its name, logo, design, and all content within, is owned by Leadingdots Solutions Pvt Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from Leadingdots Solutions Pvt Ltd.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. We make no warranty that the App will meet your specific requirements.

You use the App at your own risk. We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information displayed in the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cashflow HQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
